Are we allowed to use other college libraries in the Capital District area?

Yes. If you would like to use, and check out materials, from other local college libraries, please see a librarian at the reference desk. You can fill out an application for a Direct Access Program (DAP) Card sponsored by the Capital District Library Council. The participating DAP College Libraries are:
